Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy **Validity of your booking:** An online appointment is only confirmed once you have received the automatic confirmation email in your inbox. **Cancelling or rescheduling in time:** Life happens, and schedules can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can easily be done via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us by telephone. **Late cancellations:** If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, we are unfortunately required to charge for the reserved time. Please note that these costs are not reimbursed by your health insurance fund. **Arriving late:** To guarantee a calm environment and the highest quality of treatment, all sessions start and end strictly on time. If you arrive late, the session cannot be extended, out of respect for the next patient. **What to bring (Physiotherapy):** Is this your first physiotherapy session? Please always bring a valid medical prescription and your identity card (eID). Payment can be made by bank transfer or by scanning a QR code upon receipt of your physiotherapy certificate.
