Terms and Conditions - VIGOR Integral Health

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, programmes, and services offered by Practice VIGOR, managed by Anuschka Verbeke, located at Konijnenpad 10, 8310 Assebroek (Bruges), Belgium, with enterprise number BE0803.323.514.

By making an appointment (whether by telephone, email, via the website, or through online booking), the patient/client declares their full agreement with these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions and Scope of Application

  • Practice VIGOR / Practitioner: Anuschka Verbeke, acting as a state-registered (RIZIV/NIHDI-contracted) physiotherapist and specialist in clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (cPNI), biohacking, and acupuncture.

  • Patient / Client: The natural person who receives services or treatments from Practice VIGOR.

  • Services: All physiotherapeutic treatments (subject to national health insurance/RIZIV) as well as holistic consultations, analyses, and vitality coaching programmes (cPNI, biohacking, acupuncture).

2. Status and Rates

  • Physiotherapy: Anuschka Verbeke is a state-registered, contracted physiotherapist (geconventioneerd). This means that for all physiotherapeutic services, the official statutory RIZIV/NIHDI rates and reimbursement tariffs apply.

  • Holistic Services (cPNI, Biohacking, Acupuncture): These services fall outside the scope of the regular statutory physiotherapy agreement. Separate hourly rates or package prices apply to these treatments. These rates are clearly stated on the website or will be communicated prior to the start of the trajectory. Regular physiotherapeutic reimbursement from your health insurance fund is not available for these specific consultations (some health insurance funds may provide a minimal contribution for acupuncture treatments).

3. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

  • Reserved Time: Appointments are explicitly booked and reserved for you.

  • Timely Cancellation: If you are unable to attend an appointment, you must cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation can be made by telephone (0484/767828) or via email (info@praktijkvigor.be).

  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you fail to attend without notice (no-show), Practice VIGOR reserves the right to charge the full fee for the reserved session. This fee cannot be reclaimed from your health insurance fund (no RIZIV/NIHDI certificate will be issued for missed or late-cancelled sessions).

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Window: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees must be settled immediately following the treatment. Payment can be made in cash, via the Payconiq/Bancontact app, or via bank transfer (if approved in advance).

  • Invoicing: For long-term physiotherapeutic treatments, periodic billing may be arranged. Invoices must be paid within the term specified on the invoice (standard period is 14 days).

  • Late Payment: If payment is not received within the stated period, a reminder will be sent. In cases of persistent non-payment, statutory interest and any debt recovery costs will be charged, and further treatments may be suspended.

5. Medical Responsibility and Duty of Disclosure

  • Patient's Duty of Disclosure: The patient is required to provide all relevant medical information (such as pregnancy, medication use, surgeries, allergies, or ongoing treatments by medical doctors/specialists) accurately and completely before the start of the treatment. Practice VIGOR is not liable for any damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the patient.

  • Nature of Holistic Advice: Advice regarding cPNI, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle is aimed at optimising your health and biological systems. This advice never replaces the medical advice, diagnosis, or prescribed medication of a primary care physician, medical doctor, or specialist.

6. Professional Secrecy and Privacy

  • Confidentiality: Anuschka Verbeke is bound by medical professional secrecy. All information shared during treatments or consultations will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

  • Privacy (GDPR): The processing of your personal data is carried out in full compliance with current legislation and the GDPR. Detailed information regarding this can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7. Complaints and Governing Law

  • Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, you are warmly invited to discuss this directly with Anuschka Verbeke so that a solution can be found together.

  • Competent Authorities: For formal complaints regarding physiotherapeutic services, the patient may contact the Provincial Medical Commission (Provinciale Geneeskundige Commissie).

  • Governing Law: All legal relationships between Practice VIGOR and the patient/client shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial arrondissement of Bruges (arrondissement Brugge).
